We believe that the implementation of an effective Quality Management System is fundamental to complete customer satisfaction.
This has been reflected in our Senior Management being tasked with implementing, developing and monitoring customer satisfaction.
In line with our objective, we will work closely with you to:
- establish future trends in customer/market needs
- ensure that changing needs are identified and responded to.
Internal quality audits will be carried out on a continual basis.
Monitoring the Quality Management System
We will measure our quality performance levels using the following methods:
- Developing and monitoring service levels
- Carrying out regular satisfaction surveys to establish the overall level of service being provided and to identify targets and areas for improvement
- Our Senior Management Team will hold meetings with you to discuss service levels and quality performance monthly
